64 YRS OF INDEPENDENCE

                                  
After 64 yrs of independence what we see is two completely different aspects of INDIA that is on one side it stands behind the corporates to have a stand in world economy and on the other side it leaves its lower class to impoverish and treats them in a sub-human way thereby building a unbridgeable chasm between them. It's not a rare sight for us seeing manual scavengers, lakhs of people toil along dirt wages,no common taps or utensils for dalits and if they asserted then treated with violence,dalit children fed seperately in schools ,killing of women foetus, harassment of widowed ,farmers doing suicides and minorities facing discrimination to such an extent that their children now learnt that god is unkind to them. 
                There is so much hype and euphoria about GDP growth but bangladesh having half of GDP per capita is better in demographic numbers clearly showing stashing of GDP funds.The youth which seems to be so much active on social networking seems nothing obscene when builders building lakhs of houses and stills lakhs are living in slums( bcoz cities not planned for poor instead of knowing that cant survive a single day without cheap labour). The current thinking of youth does not go beyond cricketing success,latest phones and seems to be anaxious about CWG hosting but has nothing to do with rottening of food grains  . So the same which Heart swells up seeing oscars ,froze seeing slums,person sleeping on pavements.
               We are living with smokescreen  of secularism in our country bcoz muslims stills are most backward community and people stills have same prejudice and stereotypes attached to them. Further kandhmal riots,godhra riots tells the reality of secularism.Still any religion attire can get you in trouble and you think twice before wearing it.
               Public money is stashed away in safe heavens and plundered by the politicians.There is nexus between corporates , executives and politicians each utilising the system to their benefit and bcoz of this nexus judiciary fails to prosecute them thus making a mockery of the whole system.The security is described by this home minister statement "There havent been a bomb blast in mumbai for last two years".and the list goes onnnnnnnnnnnnnnn............................
             What we can say there is some optimism in the field of economy but that guarentees more money to government not the devlopment of country which will come only if this money is utilised in proper channels.
At the moment what we are doing now is building oasis of wealth in between a desert of wants.......
